The James Conrad Signature Edition Voyager Bag features new materials and design while maintaining popular features from previous MVP Voyager bags. These Signature Edition Voyager bags all feature distinct base colors and unique accents befitting MVP’s first Signature Series bag.

Along with the color changes - Plum, Khaki, and Olive - the support panels have been upgraded to use sandwiched PP+EVA foam, making them almost 10% lighter than previous Voyager bags.

All Voyager bags still feature the resilient Cordura 1000D material - a lighter weight, abrasion-resistant, durable premium fabric.

SHIPPING POLICY

All products ship in a bubble mailer or box within 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed on Fridays, Weekends, or holidays may ship the following Monday or working day.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact information. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in additional charges to re-send your order. 

Domestic Orders:
Most orders arrive in 2-5 business days.
We offer $4.50 Flat Rate Shipping on all domestic orders + FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50*

Pick-Up Orders must be picked up at our mobile shop. We do not deliver.  Availability and location of the mobile shop will vary on a week to week basis. Visit the home page or our social media sites for exact dates. 

International Orders:
Most orders arrive in 8-30 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hyzer Hub Disc Golf is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Hyzer Hub Disc Golf LLC is not responsible for any delays in transit as a result of mishandling by a carrier, inclement weather, worker strike, or any such similar delay. Transit times provided are estimates and will vary depending on final destination city and/or country. 

RETURN POLICY

Pre-Order items are often used to determine demand/place orders and as such are not available for full refunds prior to shipment.  If you wish to cancel a Pre-Order item prior to your Pre-Order shipping, refunds will be issued as store credit

We understand everything isn't perfect. Therefore we accept returns of unused product within 14 days of confirmed delivery of order. Customers are responsible for return shipping packaging and costs

- Discs must be unthrown with no signs of additional wear or ink. Original stamp/foil must be intact
- Apparel items must be un-worn/un-washed and free of any fragance or smell
- Equipment/Accessories must be unused and free of any fragrance or smell.
